Job Description:
Position: Full-Time (Part-Time Candidates Considered)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Location: Pennsylvania

Rate: $50-$60
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours ($40/hr depending on district budget/candidate experience)
- School hours
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience in virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Access to a fast and reliable computer and internet connection
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech therapy services to students in Pennsylvania
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress reports
